Who We are

We are a social enterprise, started by a team of engineering professionals, working in companies in USA, UK and India,  wanting to empower rural youth to pursue tech careers.  

Our mission

Our mission is to build a bridge between rural talent and tech industry and to create opportunities for young people to fulfill their potential and contribute to the tech industries growth. 

 We do that by teaching them CS with lots of hands on projects and helping them improve their communication skills.

OUR TEAM

Chitra brings two decades of experience in designing and building software applications. Formerly, as Director of Engineering in Qualcomm (USA), she was responsible for commercializing test automation software and building engineering teams. Chitra plays an active role in encouraging women in STEM careers. 
Anu is an outstanding solution architect with successful implementations in AWS Big Data, Business Intelligence and other IT Software solutions.  As a Staff Technology Engineer for State Farm Insurance (USA), she is leading the implementation of Analytical data warehouse for Machine Learning/AI and Advanced Analytics on Public Cloud. She also plays an active role in Women in Technology (WIT)
